Hey there!
I've seen your website just now. It seems ok to me. If i were you, I'd download YellowPencil CSS Editor and customize it to my needs. Maybe add some margins in the mega-menu and tweak the general styles a bit. Some border radius wouldn't hurt either.

What exactly are you refering to when you say "mega menu"?
Since you've already added one on your header in the "Solutions" tab.
