I need help to setup VPS, is here anybody who can help me please ?

I am a complete noob in VPS, can somebody give me a tutorial via Teamviewer. I have an account in Scaleway. I will deploy clean instance.
Please help me, i dont even know how to connect vps from my pc

Pretty sure it's just hosting a website.

As Scaleway require a key based connection instead of classic user/pass I would suggest you to generate a new key (beside the one already generated) and after install of what you need just remove it.
Also take care who you trust with the install as shell scripts can be installed very easy thinking that you create a bare instance only with ubuntu/centos/debian/febora that require installing of everything else (LEMP/LAMP stack) for a working webserver.

Please share more details about what you want from that VPS (webserver, app testing, nginx or apache).

just use runcloud service they gonna setup it and it's pretty easy and cheap
