for ecommerce, always go for digital ocean droplet or cloudways or greengeeks vps
if the budget is small, can go for shared hosting with a2, greengeks or krystal

bluehost provides cPanel but I'm not sure about others. if they did not support cpanel I'm sure that they has a good and smooth panel manager.

for the vps, you can always addon cpanel solo licence.
most shared hosting are using cpanel as 1st option nowadays

yep. not reckon shared too. you can swap cpanel with the free cyberpanel+openlitespeed too. DO plans are selfmanage. while greengeeks plans are managed vps.

Buy Vultr, Linode or Upcloud if you want SSD Cloud VPS, but cPanel you need buy license, not free.
Or you can try Cloudways for use Cloud VPS with smartPanel, come with many features for security, backup and boosting speed, Cloudways offer Vultr, Linode, AWS, Google Cloud VPS with their managed services!
