i need self hosted messenger for android with end to end encryption....maximum users 100..
i have many customer who want to use such messenger for privacy reason.. they dont want to use whatspp,signal,etc etc...

i don't think so. btw now keybase is owned by zoom, so i am not sure you will like it.
