I need to know good offshore registrar and is it safe to pay with paypal?

Hey all,

I want to know any good offshore domain registrar. i heard many of you talk about njal.la but is it safe to pay them with paypal? i don't really use crypto and it is hard to get crypto for me. i have paypal account and it is easy for me to pay.

also what about register.to based in Canada are they safe trust worthy?

PayPal is never safe for offshore if you use PayPal what the point of getting offshore

they only sell .TO domains so what would be the point of that? I don't even think Google ranks those domain extensions or it's difficult to.

Also unconfirmed but I don't believe any webhost supports that domain extension. You won't even be able to easily host it, unless you use register.to as your hosting provider. I believe this to be true because if you look at ANY ".to" domain that was purchased recently, they all don't have websites attached.

njal.la are safe aslong as u dont host "illegal" (ei. child po**, credit card fraud, etc)
they own ur domain though, remember that.
oh and dont use .to anymore, theyre not safe

We also are DMCA Ignored, we ignore DMCA in our VPS and Dedicated Servers.

OP, No matters if you pay with Paypal in X or Y website, Paypal is not Anonymous and is not safe.

Njal.la is the best place to buy your domains, since they use their own personal information in domain.
Cheapprivacy is also good, but they only accept Bitcoin.

Domain .to is not secured anymore!

As far as I know, contabo is not a dmca ignored host.

Contabo is not offshore and is not DMCA Ignored.

Germany are very dmca-friendly. If you want to be raided by Police one day go ahead.
Also .to is not safe anymore, since ACE have obtained subpena to know information behind .to domains.

If Russia and FBI work together, yes. But is not so easy to do that. Domain .su is much better.
