Probably a totally silly question, but is there any way we can see why a person was banned? For me anyway it would be useful at times

I couldn't find any reference of current or past deals for 97 years anywhere on the internet
Edit: I did find some old giveaways (2017-2018) for few lifetime licenses. But according to developers 1 license = 1 computer.
There's no reference to bulk lifetime license.
