I did find this one but i a not sure is its cleanI prefer Robin image optimize which is completely free and does the same job : https://wordpress.org/plugins/robin-image-optimizer/ they created the plugin to compete Imagify and others API based plugins
They also have a pro version to add WebP rendering but i can't find it nulled!

I think it's not good because it's api based limitations !I did find this one but i a not sure is its clean

Just have a look at manual method on optimizing your images with Imagify, nulled plugin does not exist, because its all API based conversions!!
