I just checked and tested the header builder under version 8.11. Everything is working well. Do you have an additional cache plugin? If so, then empty all caches. If not, then activate WP debug and check output. Or did you upload the new Impreza version via FTP? If so, then check your file access rights! Good luck

Solved.
Was a Wordfence plugin on root wordpress site. Impreza was installed on subfolder. So i just disable Wordfence and header save works again.

Update please to 8.11.2

I don't think so. I tried on my localhost as well, it also gets the same error.
