All you need to do is change the database credentials in the .env file to yours,
and either import the sql file in the database folder or run the command in your terminal
It doesn't seem to be nulled but I'll try and null it later.

to bypass the license page
go to ...\infix_v6.1.1\vendor\spondonit\service\src\Repositories and replace "InstallRepository.php"
with this attached file:
