Hi thanks for the pass but what about the username ?
I tried [email protected] - 123456 and admin - 123456 but nothing is working

First create the database in phpmyadmin and uploaded the goto.sql database
Open mvc/config/development/database.php and mvc/config/production/database.php and add your database setting
Then open mvc/config/config.php and change the last line $config['installed'] = FALSE; to $config['installed'] = TRUE;

I am able to get it work through your guide. But, it won't work with the username or password given by @sand . Why? When I check the database via the Phpadmin, User's table, their is no data for any user there. Meaning, no user has been registered yet.
I try inserting the user data from the Phpadmin, yet, it doesn't signin with the username and password, I created.
We can only ask our senior man @sand , the way forward. Thank you @sand and @mapan for your time and resources, once again.

Hi everyone,
I got it! And worked fine.
For new comers, this is what I do.
1/ I created database from phpmyadmin. I opened mvc/config/development/database.php and mvc/config/production/database.php and added my database setting ( from @mapan )
2/ I opened mvc/config/config.php and changed the last line $config['installed'] = FALSE; to $config['installed'] = TRUE; ( from @mapan again)
3/ I downloaded and replaced in mvc/controllers these files Setting.php and Teacher.php ( from @sand ). Link for download: https://mega.nz/file/VVAwmJbI#ymBGsR5ercD4rXhLMdVUsJqFaZTujKW3unr5cAiTodw
4/ I downloaded and reimported the database in phpmyadmin with this goto (1).sql (from @sand again). Link for download: https://mega.nz/file/wEIhWQhC#YYE9gwHmNfOwxrKz-8yNsc_nf_0jUM5uCMZQiybz74k
5/ I logged In with admin as username and 123456 as password. And this worked fine for me.
