There are INSANE deals (eg Office365 for $20) if you're a non-profit.
For that you need an access/validation token when registering on TechSoup.
Basically you can just register a non-profit that is not yours (eg.: some church or whatever) but at the end of the registration, TechSoup asks you for an access token, which is basically a number that verifies that you are in that organization.
If someone can get a TechSoup account/validation token from a non-profit, we can all get INSANE deals. Just look at this page: https://www.techsoup.org/get-product-donations/product-catalog
