first time i installed 3.8.5 it works fine but then it stopped working and i get this message "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please contact support ", tried updating to 3.8.6 but it still didn't work

clear cache and check incognito mode

in my wp-config.php I add

define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
set_time_limit(300);


but don't work

so seems your hosting have problem
something cant load
i suggest test it on other hosting
