IMPROVED - Workbox is now served locally
IMPROVED - Push notification subscribers are now lazy-loaded
FIXED - Small issue with Start Urls
FIXED - Admin area infinite loading issue

Add these 3 lines to the top of daftplug-instantify.php, right below

right before
