The simple interpretation of your decision is that new members are not welcome. New members are relegated and can not benefit from this forum. What happens if everyone behave this way?
Your 5th message being a member for more than 2 years, this is why these resource requirements.
All new & old members are welcome and still the forum has lot to offer for everyone without any requirements.

Let us just accept it, we can't just post or copy scripts from other forums just to have access to this, it's just so unethical. Basically, we're here to get some help because we can't even buy a couple of dollar script in codecanyon. So yah, members who will benefit on this are members who can afford to buy scripts and share it here. Let us just pray someone will share script liket this without conditions, only if I can afford to buy this I will probably share it without conditions.
You can use the mailwizz script if you work is stuck due to this, it's much more advanced and recently updated as well.
