I had Cloudflare verification popping up all the time a few days ago, but now it's gone, although the site does load slowly now and then, but it's ok most of the time.
Very slow for me too, even though I'm on a 10Gb/s fiber. Half the time some javascript does not load, so the text editor does not show up, forcing a reload.

I guess server resources are hitting. If Xenforo supports Redis Object cache, then it helps a lot. I am using redis Object cache from my hosting provider and it does take 80% database load less.
