Hi Star, it's not fake. The owner is actually a disgruntled and failed musician/copywriter who has been engaged in it since the last decade (creating "professional" websites and sending copyright claims to others). He used to signed his emails as JAE(not from Jason Allen but from John Abadi, his real name). What amazes me is that they actually got UNDSGN as a customer, it makes no sense to me. These guys are a pure joke, yet profitable I guess. Can you post here when they actually communicate with you again? They claim to have crawlers doing some of their "work" but I don't believe it. I'm actually impressed... this guys are bigger than previously thought.

[edit] "brother"

dmca.pro good try, but it's smelling fake.
They wants that people could think "this is dmca PRO version" and they are safe.

But i think that dmca.com will be notice to dmca.pro for name of copyrights :)

Well, you need to understand that not everybody is a web designer or have the willingness to pay others (some like doing it on their on). They(DMCA.pro) have been incorporated in Florida since 2015/JAN2020. Actually all of John's business were incorporated in Florida(document) (since '09) I don't know why they changed their address to CA(or even a storage facility- if your map is correct, i didn't check). Here is John, his wife on his profile (is part time VP of DMCA.pro). And here is him playing. I have their phone numbers too if you want to give them a call.

Not really. They are just another DMCA takedown provider. There are literally hundreds with the same "name". DMCA is an abbreviation for a law, not a business/incorporation. It's a inverted proprietary eponym.
