It gets better when I disable plugins, but when I install td composer, td-cloud-library, td-newsletter, td-standard-pack, the problem continues again
so there your problem this plugins td composer, td-cloud-library, td-newsletter, td-standard-pack so try one by one out of does 3 see which one generate the error

Visual composer or plugins that works like that i.e. those which generate shortcodes and wrap your content in it leaves behind lots of shortcodes when deactivated so it might be that.
It is done so as to fasten up your website since it generates static text (your content as wrapped into shortcode) but this become hassle when you don't want to use those plugins.
This issue of that kind of plugins is called Lock-in problem/issue with those plugins. You can google for finding ways to fix them most probably iterate and remove specific shortcodes while keeping content.

Plugin Wp Fastest Cache breaks some scripts of your theme (Newspaper). Try to disable it , delete all cache in wp-content and then try to minify/compress your css - js file with some other plugin and exclude what cannot be minified.

It was happned to me don't use nulled td-cloud-library, td-newsletter, td-standard-pack plugins. Or change the theme.
