Its working just FINE... I just downloaded some files... Its even super fast too... I dont know whats the issue at your end.. may be clear your browser coookies... or try in Incognito Windows

There is no issues in my browsers. I used 4 different browsers & also in private mode.
also used VPN... Still nothing happening.. Its look like script not working properly on their server.

You email their support and ask what is the issue... I have no problem accessing any file.. In my end everything is working perfectly fine so far...
