upload the zip again, wordpress will ask if you want to overwrite, just click yes and next.
Jannah has its own configuration setting saved, so no worry updating theme (unless you hardcode)
You just need to update it just like you do a regular theme update.

Export jannah data, change theme to default theme, delete jannah news theme, and upload the new jannah news theme version, activate jannah theme and import jannah data settings
