It is inside the jannah zip file.

Though I can't find the TieLabs builder? Is it also in the zip somewhere? Could s1 help?

Jannah 5.4.2 and 5.4.3 can not import the demo, it is empty to choose demo.

My Wordpress version 5.5.3, refresh install ( = new database).

PLEASE FIX your nulled.

Have you tried to install a previous version, import the demo and them update with the new version?

Hello,

You need to install demos from location as manual...

...\jannah\jannah\demos\

Try it...

strange...
cause I'm using this theme a long time...
I'm uploading jannah.zip to theme folder then I deleting old folder and extract zip file.
Then If theme panel not suggest me to update something from server I'm fallowing release notes and manually updating new versions.

I didnt have any issue with that...

This theme requires to mod security off.

Also I suggest you to defrag tables and optimize them...

Please also try debuging with logging maybe that log records help to us find what is wrong...

Did you use it to download it? https://babiato.tech/threads/jannah...e-news-buddypress-amp.247/page-34#post-482475 please delete the theme if you are using it!
