humm are you test it on live? please test it on local tooHi, thanks for all, but i have a question, When I try to customize the theme, the bar on the left always loads objects, without ever loading them.
I tried on local, and on another server and it works. While on my hosting service, it does not want to work. I have disabled all the plugins, but still give me the same error.
(sorry for my english)

so theme work find on local right ?
on your server if using cpanel
change php to older version like 5.6 and test again

I also tried using this file to make the import work but it does not work. Can I email you my WP admin access so you could check?

its very easy i try it many times and work fine follow my steps
I took every steps to install the theme and even replace the licence folder as directed, yet I stil cannot import
