reset the site with the WP Reset plugin, delete all plugins and theme.

install and activate the theme with the nulled version
install and activate the plugins that @NullMaster provided

I've added

Code:

update_option( 'jnews_license', [ 'validated' => true, 'token' => 'jnews' ] );
update_option( 'jnews_dismiss_license_notice', true );

in functions.php on the theme and now plugins are active.

login to your ftp or your domain provider cpanel and change temporarly the name of the folder jnews. And then try to access your site admin area /wp-admin
