Thank you both for your continued contribution and support. I installed 10.6.1 and imported the demo successfully, then updated the theme to current version 10.7.7, but the site looks mixed of default and demo site. When I uninstalled the demo and tried to install again there is an error - Failed! Purchase code is not Valid ! Please try to check your license. There is no issue with license according to system info. Your help will be appreciated.
Notes:
1. As mentioned in the discussion 10.6.3 is no more available.
2. I can import Default demo
3. I was trying to import demo 'Newsplus' from page 5

Use jnews_10.6.4_nulled for Demo Import then update v10.7.7

I could import the demo as you suggested, but after updating the theme to the latest version it messed up.

also update plugins. if v10.7.7 problem try v10.7.6 or v10.7.5 first. i also use jnews for my site https://www.priyota.xyz/ . i import demo with jnews_10.6.4 then update v10.7.5. last v10.7.7 by GodfatherII working fine. my php version 7.4..

Yes read previous posts and wait for it to be checked and nulled by @GodfatherII whilst I try to get spare time to fix main theme itself.
