I think you don't know one thing that the way out you are shouting for this script, you should check Playtube Script also. That is also same but the only difference is the Theme. I think you should not copy, try to make your theme

Dear @ChintanBhat , i know or may be you are right that is why i am seeking your help, actually i already purchased and tried playtube script but the problem with playtube script is that is crashing after some load, and slow, and lot of 500 server error, and not updating, and most importantly that theme don't have most of the functions, let me share my idea with you in inbox.

hi, Respect Babiato Members, actually i am trying to build a site where i can embed youtube videos, and then i can put my adsense ads over embedded YouTube videos, i mean when ever somebody play a embedded youtube in my site then in that embedded video first skippable ads of mine adsense shows and then that will skipp after 5, 10 or any given time, so by doing that we can run our adsense ads over embeded youtube videos, and for that we need a theme specially designed like youtube, and default customized player for youtube embedded videos as well.

and then we can auto embed channels, playlists, movies songs etc etc to our website, and auto importing will import videos along with titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails as well, so we can bypass youtube or adsense policies of violations because youtube embedding is allowed and we will earn by our ouw adsense ads which are approved and monitized by our website.

so if you think i am right then plz help me or guide me.

brother actually we can't put ads on embedded video of adsence because of youTube policy try any another video ads like any third party ads etc but maybe it's not possible because in youTube imported videos it's just a youTube player.
