check all the requirement, ioncube loader is installed on your php version, htaccess, database...,

everything is installed and .htaccess file is already available in directory. i tried all php versions from 5.5 to 7.2.

good friends, I uploaded the script to my hosting within a subdomain and when trying to change the admin user it does not create it. I get an error that I will attach.

I saw out there that it has to be a particular version of php.

My hosting has version 5.6, 7.2,and 7.3

what could be the mistake?
