i try this and its work but still not bypass the limit.. because after few hours. it become "No video Available" again.

I guess there is something wrong on your side. I use this script but it can bypass the limit.
Are you using google drive sharer like in pahe.ph or sharer.pw?

Do you use a free google account or those accounts that claim to be unlimited that you find for free on the web?
Or pay for the google gsuite account and have unlimited google drive?

I use google gsuite too - paid account and I don't have any limits
This version 1.8 is working and unlimited

I do not have it here ! Everything is normal
Because of this pandemic the whole world internet is overloaded and google must be feeling it too, so it must be limiting a little
So I think this error is fleeting and should return to normal soon
I'm also saving money to compare the script directly from the developer and then be able to get support and update as soon as an error appears
What ad system are you using on this player?
