Downloaded and unzipped with WinRAR, without a problem

Thanks, but Kadence Child Theme Builder is version 1.0.4 not 1.0.7

In order to work as nulled, we must use the free theme from your package, which is older? Or, can we auto-update the theme to the latest version, without breaking the nulling?
Why there is an older version of the theme in the package? It is somehow nulled to work with the Pro addon?

I have only tried with latest free theme. If the pro theme addon becomes not activated, I just disable and re-enabled the pro theme addon and its then activated once more.
