Thanks for sharing, but the demo import function is not working properly. Tip: Please register the theme in order to download demo content files!

Latest version doesn't seem to have demo content.
Demo content is now added in 3.5 too, thanks to bobsmith, soo there's no need for this.

@Tomz Nulled version changed for main download.
Make sure you install any plugins like ACF Pro, Slider Revolution and WPBakery from their own threads here on Babiato.
You might not be able to download them anyways as not having a genuine licence anyways.

Your demo-content folder is wrong. Please fix it by reorganize the demo-content folder. That will work for install demos.Please test THIS null with a few changes and report back.

I tested the version I had on local today and it all worked until I got to installing demo and then it threw up the error message.
@TassieNZ will take yours and see if helps fix.

The nulling itself is fine to make it workable for you all, it is their side on demo imports that is causing issues.
I have just gone back to version 3.4.4 to test on sandbox and even that one was giving me an error on demo importing.

Typography file doesn't exists!
@TassieNZ your upload works and installs demo, although it needs a good few clicks on continue on messages as they keep popping up saying things are not found, then view final import and basically nothing there!
Can do screenshots if need.

Just tested on Agency and all imports fine apart from the last checked box of Typography which it says it can't find, as already posted in previous post.
However, everything else imports fine and when you view the preview demo it all should be there for you.
Main download has been changed already for this new version.
Can think of better things to do on a Saturday evening, but no we get things fixed for you lot only for them to be leeched and to read more comments about 'it not working'
