BASTI ANSWER FROM COMMENTS:

this is in android ?

in your site has https ?

if yes

do this in your package.json

remove this "cordova-plugin-ionic-webview": "4.2.1", and "cordova-plugin-ionic-webview": {},
this is causing the issue with android its ok to remove this cause we need this plugin only for ios
