it could be some other folders are not having proper permissions
try to check errors on your cpanel if you have any
or try to change this to 'true' on the index.php
ini_set("display_errors",false);

Okay. I did that. But its the same error. Deleted the whole package and reinstalled it but its still the same error

how did you upload the restomulti folder to your webserver?
do you have cpanel?

1. Uploaded restomulti folder to my web server. a sub-domain folder (food.domain.com)
2. Unzipped it to the root folder
3. Created a database and a database user
4. Input the database credentials in protected/config/main.php.

please check the exact error message after you enable error reporting of index.php
you should have an error_log file in there
