after installing on an online server, I can't login via the admin url.
I followed all the steps in the install steps.txt file but in the kayoko.sql file I only found a localhost line and as you can see in the image url after logging in it redirects me to a localhost url. Can you help me?
I managed to fix the error, whoever has this problem use notepad ++ and not the windows notepad because for some reason it doesn't 'find' all localhost but notepad ++ finds it and you can replace it.
NOTE: it is to replace the entire line (http: // localhost / kayokotest /) with your URL example> https: // YOUR SITE.COM/Your- folder
Thanks for sharing this great script
But I have a problem

I reported your messy resource is not working! there is a TEST folder in the files ... when published a resource tried to clean up! ... in any case it's diu brcollage there is nothing nulled there ... I pointed out to the administrator that kind of resources should not be here.
You need a valid SSL in order to do https, as for things not loading, that's due to URLs not properly set or invalid. I will be testing it out shortly after getting home from work, but I will confirm or not if it works properly.
I am a developer not nothing to do with the SSL the images are due to a link in the files it is the guy who added a localhost in a file I don't know or who is loading .. you have to find the file or you can change or enabled https on the script .. this problem occurs when a file is incorrectly configured.
The author is just a Sunday handyman who knows nothing .. he is not nulled a script leaves TEST files do not try ..
it might work if i could find this php file or i need to replace localhost with my HTTPS link except i can't find it.
I just did some work and I got it working like easy once I did the setup folder from another version, but it still installed and is working fine for me. I think it's a matter of end consumer who didn't do it right.
I will provide proof I was able to get it working, but mine is a live production location that I will be using. Please allow me 1.5 hours for images to show it's the version from here.
yes .. sent me the changes .. I will correct it myself ..
This version is not clear ...
Is there a TEST folder with a setup? it seems to me that there is an install step on this script .. except that it is badly done .. badly explained ..
Sorry on the delay. Alright, let me add in the setup folder that I had used. Also here is a picture of it being used live on project that I am going to be using it with.
What I did was simply upload this setup folder to the location of where my Kayako is going to be used then went to https://support.mydomain.ltd/setup/ and then it gave me the install screen and I had installed. Now before you can do that go to the _swift folder then the config folder and then edit the config.php file so it can load the tables into the database that you want to use.
If you have any issues, let me know and I work with you to get it installed and working.
Do you still need help? if so let me know and I can work with you on getting it working as it's working on my project that I am using it for without fails. Also I am using my dedicated server, so I can easily be sure it's working on a live production too.
