you have to edit the keygen file before hand so it can help generate the key.php file contents.

obviously you don't seem to get it. Where is your Kayako/Fusion installed at? in the root of the domain or a subfolder?

Which link? if it's the poster, then yes but if you look through it you will see an updated link from me that is working and has the files to do an install.
Even tho I set the php to 7.1 nothing shows in the setup page. Just a white screen. Any idea why?

7.1 is for the setup once you have edited the keygen.php and gone to the URL with the keygen.php to get the code to make the key.php...
after you get the key then you can go to 7.3 for running the site, nothing more than that otherwise you get errors that aren't supported.
Maybe the problem is on the hosting side cause even tho I did the same steps it still doesn't work with me
