Hi, I downloaded the latest file. It installed ok and the checklist was all ok. I copied the keygen.php to the root directory but the file won't open. I just get a HTTP ERROR 500. I also tried on a local pc with Laragon installed just to see if it would work but get Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_get_iv_size() in . Could someone post instructions as there is no instruction in the file I downloaded? What version of PHP is required for the keygen to run?

If anyone encounters this error, here is the solution:

Enable the "mcrypt" extension in Cpanel .

It worked for me and decided to post here because I hadn't found the answer until then...

Thank you all!

That is something your hosting provider needs to enable in the server, and then it will work in PHP 7.1 for the keygen.php file. After that you can go up to 7.3 to run smoothly until I can get a new copy with the latest features.

Just tried to install this today, everything worked with the keygen, but I am getting this error, when trying to create ticket:

Everything is green during setup and checklist test.

Anyone else seeing this?
Is it a bug in 4.93.20 ?

Hello,i have this message : Unable to locate key.php, please ensure that the key.php is placed in the root directory of the package.

That's cause you have to make the key.php file. You will need to get the keygen and follow the instructions on how to make it.
