I'm sorry, I still don't understand. This really is very important for me, somehow it still says:
Envato purchase code is invalid, please contact support!

What should I write here specifically?

I'm feeling quite confused and could use some help. I'm trying to download this theme, but it's asking for a decryption key that I don't have. I've tried looking for it, but haven’t been able to find the right resource or information.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Don't get confused, it's an easy process. To bypass download restrictions, upgrade your account.

After downloading, go to the update tab of any resource you downloaded, and you will see the decryption key there.
