Is the installation fresh or you already have any customization or you did update the version ? if OK for you then please PM me the FTP access - or just clean up all the files and leave for me Database detail too with FTP access, Purchase code and if there any Addons.. so I will install from scratch for you. Hope this help.

Or you please clean all files and re-install from scratch but carefully without any customization workd if any.
After successful installation you can do the rest of work.

Hi, honestly speaking - Best stable version is 10.xx till now, rest of latest or updated verion must need to buy license otherwise found many errors or bugs after fews days using. Try to finding the reason might back door link or some others... but if you are trying for future purchase nulled verion then please don't use any sensitive data, your own or your customers.
2nd you must have to updated plugins each time update main script for best results.
Hope you get the point.

PM for customization, extra options i.e. Livechat page, FAQs, etc. pages of this script.

If anybody have review addons or plugin then please share if possible.

I'd advice that if you're running a successful version and you face no bugs and errors with all features working then don't update even if its old version. Wait for verified bug free versions.

hi, please try with folder permission with 777 if shared hosting - all folder one by one with the same permission storage, public, logs, app also inside folders or subfolders too... specially the folder where logos or header and users saving images... i.e. storage>app>public>app>default & storage>app>public>app>logo I hope this ll help. let me know if still have any issues.

Try Already Still Remain The Same When Change Logo, I Do Had One By One Folder Set Permission To 777
