This is just a warning, possibly related to the version of your php which may be causing it, try to lower your php version. You can also turn off these error messages, do a search on google.
Silly question, however you do actually have LearnDash installed and activated before activating LearnDash Course Grid?
Great, silly question but you be amazed as to how many people don't have another plugin activated when needed sometimes, including me sometimes
Will test Learndash with course grid and see if can repeat errors.
Tested on local and fresh sandbox and not getting any errors returned and there is nothing wrong with the actual lines of code returned in your error messages.
As @ckeeper has mentioned, being class php files, depending on your PHP version and the way it is coded, it can cause issues and possible fatal errors if a way of code is used in certain PHP versions.
For example, calling a function that worked fine with PHP v5.6 would cause a fatal error when used with PHP v7.0.
I am running PHP v8.0.22 on local and PHP v7.4.29 on sandbox testing, what version of PHP are you currently running at?

Update: 4.3.1
Update- Updated removing top level LearnDash Hub menu item
- Updated LearnDash Hub menu to LearnDash LMS -> Settings -> LMS License
- Fixed issue with imported export not properly associating user progress to courses

Hello everyone, I couldn't find the notes plugin for learndash on this wonderful site so I bought the unlimited version of the notes plugin, here is the latest version 1.6.15a for those who want it
