Have you follow this steps ? -> Learndash woocommerce integration
If you don't find your happiness like that, send me screenshoots of your product page in the WP backend and about your course-settings page, in the WP backend too. This pages are inter-connecting by hyperlink, ok ?

Thanks @p.majax for your reply, finally found the issue, i.e. digits plugin, actually I have multisite environment and I am allowing user registration on my 1st site with digits plugin and disabled wordpress registration (networkwise), that was the main issue in my case, deactivated digits plugin, allowed wordpress registration and issue solved!
