well if u don't have the folder it's a good thing as you probably never had a plugin to add a must-load there.
but check references just in case. read here -

Okay, I have seen it.
I don't have the "Must Use" Tab in my Installed plugins section. I only have "Drop In" it's advanced-cache.php there. Nothing else.
