I've got a beginning of success to nulled it.
I check each functionnality, them "security" affects 17 files php...
But there are only solutions, none problem.
I'll come back to you tomorrow at the latest, i hope with the complete solution...

Hey so im using this but i think it has some broken functionality, mainly around shortcodes.
for me the login shortcode only works to log out, login link is(#login) and is not clickable.
course grid shortcode not working and any other visual addon plugin that uses customizer is not working as nothing in customizer is changed. I wonder if that is a theme thing as maybe i need divi or something. Just some thoughts.

I did a virus scan to the LearnDash LMS WordPress Plugin v3.1.1.1 + Addons plugin file, and it throws a VEX.Webshell type infection.
The page with which I did the scan is: virustotal.com
