Thanks, with the hub, activated it was conflicting with WP Rocket and the install plugins section kept throwing a critical error. It took a while to figure it out but all seem ok without the hub.

Extract plugin folder, remove learndash hub zip file in mu plugins folder, compress to zip again then upload to install plugin.
