Lightest minimal WP theme?

Hey guys,

We all know that Google hugely favors fast and clean websites (especially after core web vitals update), so I'm looking for a high-speed WP theme that is minimalistic and shows great results on GTmetrix.

Themes I know are decent:

GeneratePress
Neve
Astra
Page Builder Framework

What are your suggestions?

Astra with Child Generator u can white label it easyly. got A(98%) in both YSlow.

Neve most rich feature got A(94%) and B(89%)

Elementor with Plenty of Addons combined or reroute/place js to external with cdn services.
