Hey everyone!
I hope you're all doing great. I've been really excited about Anthropic's Claude lately (especially Claude 3.5 Sonnet and the new models), but I feel a bit overwhelmed trying to learn it properly on my own. I’ve played around with it a little, but I want to go from complete beginner to confident user — basically an A-to-Z, step-by-step tutorial in the simplest way possible.
I’m looking for something that covers:
I learn best when things are explained in plain, friendly language — no heavy jargon, with lots of examples. Bonus if there are video series, Notion docs, or well-written guides that go progressively from beginner to advanced.
Has anyone created their own comprehensive guide, or can you recommend the best resources you’ve found? Maybe even a step-by-step roadmap you personally followed?
I’d be super grateful if anyone could share their favorite tutorials, YouTube playlists, blog series, or even just drop their own tips here. I promise to ask follow-up questions and share what worked for me too!
Thanks so much in advance — you guys are always so helpful!
Looking forward to your suggestions!

I’m looking for something that covers:
- Getting started (accounts, API keys, pricing, etc.)
- Understanding prompts and how Claude actually “thinks”
- Best prompting techniques (Chain of Thought, few-shot, role-playing, etc.)
- Using Projects, Artifacts, and all the cool new features
- Advanced stuff like tool use, computer use, Claude Code, long context, etc.
- Tips & tricks for getting the best results consistently
- Common mistakes to avoid
- Real-world use cases (writing, coding, research, learning, automation, etc.)
