Here is the link of the design. https://xd.adobe.com/view/d17af16a-c478-4857-9d6e-72d444f0ba58-8429/ I want my website to look similar to this right now it's not completed tough, but I will design it very soon.
Right now, I just want to know how much will it cost to develop the homepage and rest of the smaller pages like contact, about and get a quote?

Hello, I can develop it for you. A website like this will cost you anything between 100-150$ depending on work required in other pages and few more requirements, If you want only home page to be developed that will cost you something around 50 to 60$. Will you use nulled plugins or license one? Also, I can see your previous work?

I can develop myself but I am not confident in building it. Thus, looking for someone to build long relationship, who have great knowledge of wordpress.

Why not use oxygen builder? Has predefind themes and you could simply add you design to fit.
