Plesk is similar to Cpanel but when I've added Plesk price being around 16$
But I'll check it again. Cause looks like faster then namecheap also not shared hosting...

I've just edited my answer, but basically you can get the lower licence (10 sites) for 59$/yr until 24/12.

No idea how that is, besides being their version of shared hosting.
I don't understand, what is the issue with the VPS? It's a bit more expensive, yes, but one can't even compare the two services.
With Plesk it costs around 10/15$ a month (Hetzner especially).
If the problem is the taxes, I was able to avoid them with a VPS on the US in both (Contabo and Hetzner).

2) You were talking about VPS and now you're acting like VPS = Airplane.

No VPS? Ok.
4) Lastly, one can have a very decent VPS for 10/15$ and manage it himself. That's the reason Panels exist.
