Edit: I found a workaround. Install Machic non nulled version first and go through theme setup until they ask to enter license. Then exit to dashboard and install (replace with) nulled theme version and go to Theme Setup again (Appearance>Theme Setup) and install everything normally.

The demo now has all the menus.

Install Machic non nulled version first (the one from my dropbox) and go through theme setup until they ask to enter license. Then exit to dashboard and install (replace with) nulled theme version (from Babiato) and go to Theme Setup again (Appearance>Theme Setup) and install everything normally.

Uploaded the non-nulled one, got to the activation part.... canceled, replaced it with the nulled version....completed the installation.

Make sure you have reset your Wordpress installation before trying. I had to reset mine with WP Reset to work.
