Just search dmnc ignored host.
Usually even thou the host know you host something illegal they will not ban you. Probably you have many traffic and copyright owner report it to your hosting.
You can try normal hosting. But there is no guarated they will not ban you

I have a very simple question tho HOW THE HECK you have 2 Titiles? and still..... well nevermind, i will never download something you! upload here, because that "Trusted Uploader" is sus for someone who doesnt know how to import widgets......
And to answer your question.
We need more info regarding that problem of yours...
1- if youre trying to import sample-data just use the normal way install madara-unyson-backup-restore-1.1.2.zip plugin, then goto madara-dashboard click on sample-data tab and click install ( To be honest dont install that grabage sample-data. its messy and for someone like you it will be hard to figure it out. ill say create your own style rather than simply making a website with millions of ads in everyclick lol)
2- if youre importing sample-data manually then Good luck! with that

I have never used Madara demo import, because I already know all of Madara's features and settings
