I just installed it and it didn't ask for purchase key, you need to install it on you old theme, it will ask for key if its a fresh install. Just upload it and then click replace with current theme. And send me link or your few websites.

which one did you install? Madara Child MK or The Madara theme? It's my first time installing it by the way the previous 2 days I wasn't able to install neither
this is what I get ...
can you guys please help me out
I'm unable to install the previous version it kept giving errors

You can install either Madara Child or Madara Child MK because they are just sub themes, First install the Madara Main then install any child theme you want.

Bro I did as you said I'm still getting errors " Downloading Sample: The execution failed. Please check error.log" I don't know why I also get this error
Important: HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your web host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect back to the site at the URL--------- and it gets the error `cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to SITE NAME `. There may be a problem with the server configuration (eg local DNS problems, mod_security, etc) preventing connections from working properly.
is there a way around it? I talked to my service provider yesterday about it they said everything seems fine .

Is Https Enabled on your site, Share you site url Please. Error.log occurs when the download of sample data cannot complete due to internet problem, you need a fast internet connection, So it don't get Interupted.

If you , madara theme 1.7.3.1 version installing then simple data not gonna upload

My suggestion is just customise your website yourself
If you can not do this then there is another way to install simple data

I updated as following instrutions from @RageMist I stalled the 1.7.3.1 madara yesterday still no progress from sample download,
now I installed the new version on top of it still no progress getting sample data or I even install it using fresh wordpress installation still now progress
