Thanks for the update.. anyone can help me out incoming mail not working for gmail or other domain email.. i tired same module on 3 perfex crm but same issue outgoing working incoming not working.. even attached screenshot taken from codecanyon in my module options not showing https://prnt.sc/1se4fpo only synced not opened email... in modules version shows 1.0.0 instead of 1.0m... your help appriciated thank you

Explanation as above saying again i am not able to receive email in mailbox module even in the screenshot shows last tick option not in my module

Thanks, but the file reference "rise", but this Perfex CRM. Furthermore, the module(Not plugin) directory does not contain an "Install" folder. Could it be that the file you provided is for Rise CRM?
