I would recommend you completely remove any MailPoet plugin or addon, clean the database and reinstall the latest version that was uploaded yesterday, it will surely work the same as the others ...

As @cooljojo explain, if using the recommended method from Mailpoet, it will redirect to activation key page.. but if change to "other service" and yeahhh.. it's working!

I installed your last nulled standard version and something puzzle me. I believe you when you said you can go above the limit, but what do I have to choose as sending method in Settings > Send With ? Mailpoet Sending service or Other ?
Because as soon as I tick the Mailpoet Sending service option, I'm automatically redirected to the Key Validation tab and I'm forced to enter a key. So I hope you're using the "Other" option, that would explain everything.
