How can we download the free templates? It's informing that it needs to be activated. These templates are pretty essential.

It looks like @Like To Get Some has already provided the free templates to you, but generally speaking if the Mailster version you're using is properly nulled you should have been able to download the free templates without any issue.
If you download the MyMail(squared) Template and attempt to use it, you may find that you need to manually access the server files and change the folder name. I have had a few issues with it not properly loading due to the naming convention (you may not have the issue, but just in case).

How to remove Unlicensed notification?
Look for & Open: UpdateCenterPlugin.php in mailster/classes
Find at line 289: add_filter( 'admin_notices', array( &$this, 'admin_notices' ), 99 );
Replace with: // add_filter( 'admin_notices', array( &$this, 'admin_notices' ), 99 );
Save the file and message gone! Enjoy!!

If you still get the notice then you just need to clear the mailster entries for license, username and key in your database before installing this version.

Hello all! Cannot download or install any of the themes. Can we have the updated versions of the themes? Including the new one that they have apparently included with this update.. which isn't included.
